We may collect personal data from you when you contact us via phone, visit our practices or when you get in touch with us via our website. 

​We only collect the personal data we need. clinical Notes are stored on an encrypted double Passworded Cloud Drive provided by Google. 

We may also collect/request personal client data from other Health Care Professionals/Services subject to your consent.
